Humble Beginnings

PERUAJI SAUCE started in the vibrant kitchen of the Mendoza family in Lima, Peru. For generations, our family perfected the art of balancing heat and flavor using Peru's unique aji peppers and indigenous spices.

What began as homemade gifts for friends and family soon grew into a passion project when our sauces became the most requested item at local food fairs and markets.
